Trillium is Now Hiring a CNC Mill Set-up/Operator in Mentor, OH!

We have 3rd shift availability. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, from 7:30pm to 6:00am, 4x10 hour shifts - Weekends off!
Starting pay rate is $20.00/hr.

Job Responsibilities:
-Perform typical machine shop operations including accurate and efficient CNC set up.
-Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to Machining Supervisor.
-Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures.
-Must be able to perform, but not limited to, the following tasks: grinding, drilling, milling, tapping, de-burring, sawing and sanding.
-Perform inspection of machined products (including documentation of results).
-Complete and maintain paperwork for parts.
-Must be able to read and interpret drawings, follow routers, use simple math to perform basic calculations, and use basic hand held measuring tools.
-Must have working command of the English language, and be able to communicate orally (Basic oral instructions.)
-Perform any and all other duties as assigned.
-Reports directly to the Machining Supervisor.

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or graduation from certified technical school or equivalent experience.
-Must have 2 years of experience setting up CNC Milling machines.
-Must have 2 years of experience operating CNC Milling machines.
-Must have 2 years of experience using calipers.
-Must have knowledge of using blueprint reading.
